Goran Zec joins #ThePack2021

As per usual, Goran answered some questions, to introduce himself to our wonderful Panthers Nation!

Why have you decided to join Panthers in the 2021 season?

I chose Panthers because I think this team can be a big surprise in ELF. Coaches and players are amazing as well as the whole organization. I’m looking forward to be part of it.

How would you describe your playing style?

I would say I’m a player who can play zone very well, but mostly like  to play near to box and stop run games. Like a lot big hits as well as every defense player. Working well under the pressure and making big plays in right time.  

What can the team and fans expect from you?

The team can expect that I’ll give my best every time I step up on the field and do all for the guy next to me and the whole team. Also I’ll bring my knowledge and experience form GFL and playing big games.For the Fans, They can expect a lot of great plays and energy on game days and of cores a lot of wins.

How was your career so far? 

 As a kid, I started in my home town, Indjia Indians, I was there for 9 years. After that I went to Novi Sad Dukes for 2 years. We played State Finales, but unfortunately, we lost. During that time in Serbia I was named as The Best DB of the league 3 years in a row, by votes of all coaches in league. I moved to Germany and played for Schwabisch Hall Unicorns. We won German Bowl 2018. Next season I was in All Star Team and lead the Unicorns defense in tackles.
